Flat 115, Tirupati Complex sits on MG Road right opposite Paradise food court, a minute from the Secunderabad railway end and a short walk from the metro stop. Inside, our bench technicians work on benches with full workshop tools (hot-air rework station, oscilloscope, chip programmer, alignment jigs, lamp test rigs and a calibrated screen wall) that we cannot easily carry to your home or office.
For board-level work, lens replacements, color-wheel rebuilds and any fault that needs more than a multimeter, walking the projector in is faster, cleaner and entirely free of the ₹149 visit charge. How a walk-in visit works.
Four steps from the moment you arrive until the projector is back home.
1. Bring the projector + accessories
Bring the unit, power cable, original remote and (if you have it) the lamp warning notes. The model sticker on the bottom helps us pull parts faster.
2. Free counter diagnosis
The technician opens the projector at the bench, runs through a structured diagnosis (~30-45 min). No charge for the inspection. You only pay if you proceed.
3. Fixed-quote approval
You get a written quote on parts and labour, plus an honest pickup window. Approve on WhatsApp or in person, repair starts the same hour, no surprise add-ons later.
4. Same-day or next-day pickup
Most lamp swaps, cleanings and calibration jobs finish same-day. Board-level repairs are typically next-day. Pickup happens at the counter or we'll WhatsApp when ready.

Best for ceiling-mounted units, fixed installations, schools, banquet halls and training rooms where unmounting is the real headache. ₹149 visit, waived if you proceed. Most lamp / cleaning / calibration jobs are done at your address.

Color wheel rebuild
DLP color-wheel motor and segment alignment on the bench, with calibrated rainbow-effect testing before pickup.
DLP chip replacement
Stuck-pixel and burnt-mirror DMD chip replacement under the microscope. Workshop-only repair, 1-2 day turnaround.
Motherboard / PSU repair
Component-level board work (capacitor replacement, fuse, ballast, PSU rebuild). Cheaper than a board swap, and faster.
Lens unit replacement
Cracked, scratched or focus-jammed lens units replaced and re-calibrated against a screen wall before pickup.
Full thermal service
Complete strip-down, thermal-paste renewal, fan replacement, internal dust removal and re-calibration on the bench.

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Sunday is closed. We accept walk-ins through the entire window. There is no separate counter close-time. If you plan to arrive after 7:00 PM, we recommend a quick call first so a technician can wait if your job needs counter diagnosis the same evening.
Yes. Visitor parking is available behind the Tirupati Complex building. Two-wheeler parking is on the side approach road. MG Road itself has limited paid parking near Paradise food court if the building lot is full at lunch hours. The metro / bus stop is also a 2-minute walk if you'd rather skip parking entirely.
No appointment is required. Walk in any time during working hours and a technician will start counter diagnosis. That said, sending the projector model sticker over WhatsApp before you leave home helps a lot. We can pre-stock the right lamp module or color wheel and have it on the bench when you arrive.
Yes. Drop-and-go is the most common way customers use the store. We log the unit, run the diagnosis on the next available bench, and WhatsApp you the written quote. Once you approve, repair starts immediately. Most jobs are ready for pickup the same day or next working day, and we send a "ready for pickup" message before you make the trip back.
