In order to carry out the Troubleshoot, the projector must come to our workshop.
The customer has the option to send the unit to us in a safe and secure manner, ie: Our Dedicated engineer / Delivery team handle professionally pick up delivery. The projector will then be returned with same techician, or the customer has the option of arranging collection themselves.
Alternatively, if the customer does not have sufficient packaging, we can arrange collection of the projector in a case to ensure safety in transit and deliver it back in a cardboard box which can be used for future services. This collection & delivery service chaged separately.
